you will receive a Clarinex prescription with 6 refills which can
be filled at any U.S. pharmacy of your choice. No medication purchase
required - you can choose any pharmacy where your medical insurance accepted.

This physician
evaluation is RISK-FREE. If a Clarinex prescription is not appropriate
for you there is No charge. The initial consultation fee for the
physician evaluation is only $49.95.

EXPRESS service
available: have your prescription called into any local pharmacy
of your choice within approximately 24 hours or less.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Clarinex is
a newly approved allergy medication that is taken only once a day and provides
24 hour relief. Clarinex is CONTRAINDICATED and must NOT be
used in anyone with the following conditions:

Do NOT use
Clarinex along with Allegra or Zyrtec medications. Clarinex can be
used along with Nasonex or Flonase.

Do NOT combine
Clarinex with any other over-the-counter antihistamine or allergy medication.

Do NOT use
Clarinex if you are pregnant or attempting to become pregnant. or
at a high risk of becoming pregnant. Clarinex a Pregnancy Category
C which means that animal studies have shown that it has an adverse effect
on the fetus but there are no adequate studies in humans.

Do NOT use
Clarinex if you are breast feeding.

Do NOT use
Clarinex if you are allergic or sensitive to desloratadine
(Clarinex) or loratadine (Claritin) or any of its ingredients.

Aphthasol is
contraindicated if you have a history kidney or renal impairment or liver
disease or hepatic (liver impairment).

Clarinex
is approved for pediatric use for children over age 12, but we do NOT prescribe
Clarinex online to anyone under the age of 18
IMPORTANT
PRECAUTIONS and WARNINGS
If you have
any health concerns in any way or if after using Clarinex for several
days without experiencing significant improvement, you should contact your
own physician for further advice.
Telling
the difference between allergies and colds can be difficult, even for physicians.
The symptoms are similar: Both may cause sneezing; congestion; thin,
watery discharge from your nose; water eyes; fatigue; and headaches.
But colds DO NOT usually cause itching in the nose, throat and eyes.
Colds often start with a sore throat or are accompanied by a fever, while
allergies to do not cause sore throat and do not cause a fever.
Also, the overall duration of symptoms may give a clue. Colds and
their symptoms will generally last 7 - 10 days. Allergy symptoms
subside within hours after exposure to the allergen stops, but may persist
for months if exposure continues. When the allergen is pollen, the
symptoms may last for weeks or months.
ADVERSE
REACTIONS - SIDE EFFECTS:

The majority
of patients using Clarinex experience no more side effects than someone
taking a sugar pill which include sore throat, dry mouth and
fatigue.

Rarely the
following spontaneous adverse events have been reported: tachycardia,
rarely hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, pruritis, urticaria, dyspnea,
edema and anaphylaxis and elevated liver enzymes including bilirubin.
If any adverse effects occur contact your doctor immediately!

HOW TO
USE CLARINEX

Clarinex may
be taken with or without food
-
Clarinex is
taken only once a day for 24 hour relief
-
It is usually
best to take your medication at the same time each day.
-
Clarinex can
be taken daily during seasonal allergies or may be taken when one is experiencing
allergic symptoms.

DO NOT INCREASE
THE DOSE - one 5 mg tablet daily. Increasing the dose does not increase
the effectiveness and increases the chances of side effects.
